About Us

Learn about our mission, our history, the faith leaders, and civic leaders who make up the Black Clergy & Civic Alliance.

Who We Are

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To unite faith leaders, civic organizations, and community stakeholders to advance equity, justice, opportunity, and empowerment through advocacy, education, service, and collaborative action.

Our Vision

To build thriving, resilient, and equitable communities where every individual has access to opportunity, resources, and the support needed to reach their fullest potential — a future where faith and civic leadership work hand-in-hand to preserve community legacy and create pathways for future generations to succeed.

Our History

Built on unity. Guided by purpose.

The Black Clergy & Civic Alliance was established to create a unified platform for clergy, civic leaders, and community organizations to address the evolving needs of Black residents and underserved communities.

Recognizing the importance of collective leadership, BCCA brings together individuals and organizations committed to strengthening community partnerships, advocating for equitable policies, and providing resources that improve lives.

Over the years, BCCA members have collaborated on voter education initiatives, youth development programs, health and wellness efforts, community forums, economic empowerment projects, disaster recovery support, and leadership development opportunities. Today, BCCA continues to serve as a catalyst for meaningful dialogue, strategic action, and transformative change.
